Curfew Hours

The Lake Odessa Police Department will be enforcing Curfew Violations.  The local ordinance states that it is unlawful for any minor between 12 and 16 years of age to be in or on any public street, alley, park or any public place between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am except when accompanied by a parent or designated guardian above the age of 21.

Children under the age of 12 years shall be subject to the above ordinance between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Exceptions to this ordinance shall be minors involved in legitimate work, emergency errands or other legitimate business directed by his or her parent or guardian.
