The Lake Odessa Merchant Circle is a sub-committee structured under the Lake Odessa Downtown Development Authority (DDA). Under the DDA, this group will actively participate in activities designed to stimulate growth and encourage members to take advantage of educational opportunities designed to aid in owning and operating a small business.
