PER RESOLUTION NO. 2007-6 VILLAGE OF LAKE ODESSA, the following water rates and fees apply:
Resident Water Rates
Quarterly service demand charge is $15.00 per quarter. Usage charge is $2.71 for each 1,000 gallons or portion thereof.
Non-Resident Water Rates
Quarterly service demand charge is $15.00 per quarter. Usage charge is $5.43 for each 1,000 gallons or portion thereof.

For Commercial/Multiple dwelling Connections (1 inch and larger), add $350 per Residential Unit.
For Service Tap-Ins larger than 2 inches (if available), Tap-In fees are negotiable.
Meter Charges
2 inch connection: $1,500.00
1 1/2 inch connection: $400.00
1 inch connection: $230.00
3/4 inch connection: $125.00
