Park Facilities

 Lake Odessa Village Park:  The Lake Odessa Village Park is located at 1103 Jordan Lake Street.  A wooden play structure, called Swifty's Place, was built in 1991 and attracts many visitors to the Lake Odessa area.  Every year, volunteers gather in the park to help maintain the structure for future generations.

The village park has a pavilion with an adjoining stage that is available on a first-come first-serve or by reservation for a fee of $25.00.  Electricity is available inside the pavilion.  If you are interested in reserving the pavilion fill out the form below and return to the village office or contact Pearl Goodemoot at the village office at 616-374-7110 ext. 0 or by email at treasurer@lakeodessa.org.

Lake Odessa Municipal Beach: The Lake Odessa Municipal Beach  is approximately 2.7 acres in size, and is located on the southeast side of the village along the shores of Jordan Lake.  This beautiful park facility includes a sandy beach, docks, public swim area, an enclosed picnic pavilion and restrooms, a playground, and shaded picnic areas.  The beach and park area is used by 300-500 people on weekdays and sometimes in excess of 500 people on the weekends.   Swim instruction is provided for swimmers of all levels during the summer months. 

The picnic pavilion may be reserved for a fee of $50.00 per day.  For an additional daily charge of $25.00, an attached kitchenette may also be reserved.  Electricity is available inside the pavilion and kitchenette.  To reserve the pavilion/kitchenette, fill out the form below and return to the village office or contact Pearl Goodemoot, Village Clerk at 616-374-7110 ext. 0 or by email at treasurer@lakeodessa.org.

Veteran's Memorial Chapel:  The Veteran's Memorial Chapel is situated at the east limits of Lake Odessa, on the shores of Jordan Lake.  The chapel serves as a memorial to veterans of America's Armed Forces and is used at various times by veterans' organizations.

 Lake Odessa Fairgrounds:  The Lake Odessa Fairgrounds is home to the annual Lake Odessa Fair, which is managed and operated by the Lake Odessa Fair Association.  Located in the northeast section of the Village, this 30-acre site includes a grandstand and show arena, horse stables, public restrooms, ball diamonds, and general purpose buildings with kitchen facilities.
