As Police Chief and Village Manager, I would like to welcome you to the Village of Lake Odessa. It is my honor and pleasure to serve in this dual role and help to ensure that the Village of Lake Odessa remains a safe and enjoyable small town in which to live, work, and shop. I am privileged to work with the fine men and women of the Lake Odessa Police Department who are each dedicated to accomplishing the department’s mission and upholding its values. In accomplishing our mission, it is imperative to reinforce the trust and support of the citizens each day, to achieve the support of Village officials, and to furnish the quality of service that our values commit us to providing. Our values are non-negotiable. Although we may need to balance them at times, we will never ignore them for the sake of expediency or personal preference. They are the foundation upon which the department’s policies, goals, and operations are built and maintained.
