Central to our mission are the values that guide us in the work we do and the decisions we make, which help us to contribute to the quality of life in Lake Odessa, Michigan.
Our values are non-negotiable. Although we may need to balance them at times, we will never ignore them for the sake of expediency or personal preference. Our values are the foundation upon which our policies, goals, and operations are built and maintained. In fulfilling our mission, it is imperative to reinforce the trust and support of the citizens each day, to achieve the support of village officials, and to furnish the quality of service that our values commit us to providing.
