Schedule of Parking Violation Fines

The Village of Lake Odessa has adopted and follows both the Michigan Vehicle Code and the Uniform Traffic Code with regard to parking enforcement within the Village limits (The complete ordinance may be found here) Below is a schedule of fines for various parking violations in the Village, as adopted by the Lake Odessa Village Council in March 2020.
